Dog: Dorje To Ross, we are very grateful and very touched that he takes the personal and professional time to have helped us. David is used to teaching and training people all over the world, and knows a great teacher, mentor, trainer when he sees and experiences one. Ross is a skilled, gifted, congruent and inspirational teacher. We value his help, and hope to be able to count on him (Ross takes care of Dorje when we take time off), and we hope to consider Ross now as a friend. He is a genuine guy, much liked and recommended by us for anyone seeking professional, tailored, personal advice and support. Read about Dorje here

Dog: Sonny If you ever think you can't change your dog..you are wrong! Honestly....I can't believe I didn't contact Ross before! Since his visit instructing us what we needed to do, Sonny is changing already. If I hadn't seen Sonny in my own back garden with two other dogs ........... I would never have believed it could have happened! I have to say that day will stay with me for life, the relief and excitement of MY dog mixing with two other dogs in my garden.....it was amazing! Not to mention by the end of it Ross and Judy were able to stroke Sonny without him taking a bite! It just leaves me to say, I'm just sorry I didn't contact Ross as soon as Sonny's unacceptable behaviour started, thinking you can fix it yourself by watching dog programs just doesn't replace hands on, one to one advice. Dog: Nala Dear Ross Nala and I cannot thank you enough for your help. I got Nala when she was four and a half months old, full of life and lovely. It then transpired that she was demonstrating signs of fear aggression to other dogs. I was recommended to contact you. After a number of telephone conversations you came to visit us bring your three lovely dogs Vhko, Bh-li and Utz. You and your three dogs helped Nala gain a huge amount of confidence with other animals. You also gave me invaluable advice on how a few house rules would help Nala feel much more confident and happy around the family and our home. Since then Nala is much more confident with other dogs and looks forward to our daily walks where she can be allowed to play off the lead and I have trained her under your guidance to always come back to me when required. Nala is also much better behaved around the home, however as she is still a puppy we have a little more to go but I know that if I need your advice or support you are always happy to help. Thank you Ross Dymphna and Nala

Ella Dear Ross, I am writing to say a huge thank you for all of the help that you gave me with Ella, the training is still going and I am entering my first field trial in a month!! Without Ross taking me back to basics and giving me the confidence to keep going with Ella I would hate to think of the kind of dog that she would be now. So thank you again, and I hope if you are ever over towards Henley, you will call me so that I can buy you a drink. Arie Chapman |

Fraser Dear Ross Many thanks for forwarding the report on Fraser received this morning. I had already printed off the e-mail version so we have introduced his new lifestyle over the weekend. Fraser is responding very well to his training so far and is actually taking notice of John now. I have continued our training when we go for our walks and he is responding well to the sit, Down and Stay commands. I cant believe how much he has calmed down already and has literally stopped following me around all the time. Great!! Will keep a record of how things progress and will let you know. Yours Sincerely Linda Mellowes.

Cerys
Many thanks for your help with Cerys, With your advice she really is a different dog. Everyone who knew her remarks on how well she is getting on and she is learning to control her aggression. Thank you once again. Yours Sincerely Marie Blan. |
Dog:
Penny The total 'Life change' and life changing advice that Ross gave us with regard to Penny and her aggressive displays towards us was invaluable. Seeing us/Penny at home and being able to point out many aspects of our behaviour that needed to be changed which he may not have seen at the centre means I would always recommend a home visit. Thanks very much Mr & Mrs D J Garner.

Dog:
Alfie The problems as explained resolved more with the owners than with the dog. By following Ross' advice over a period of months, Alfie's severe aggression has been significantly reduced to virtually nil. We and the dog coexist much better since our consultation Frank Walters |
Dog:
Misty We were at the stage of thinking of rehoming Misty, but after seeing Ross and implementing all his instructions the change was remarkable. Misty now returns immediately on command and has calmed down very significantly in the house, but is still quite hyper which is her breed anyway. Please thank Ross as without his help we would not now have Misty and be enjoying having a happy obedient dog. C. Knapp |
I went to see Ross when I was feeling quite desperate about Finn's behaviour and whether I would be able to keep him. I was amazed at the difference in his behaviour after a two hour session. I also discovered that the root of the problem was something quite different to what I had thought. I learnt a lot from the training course and I wish I had seen Ross earlier. I always recommend his services to anybody having problems with their dog. Ruth Dunn |
Dog:
Dillon A year on, our dog is so very much better. The difference is remarkable and this advice almost certainly saved his life. D Spicer |
Dog:
Fly Whilst we followed Ross's instruction to the letter, the effect on her aggression to visitors was dramatic. As the symptoms disappeared, we relaxed the regime the symptoms reappeared in a milder form. We are very pleased with the service and the advice given. We know that provided we do as instructed we can stay on top of the problem. Many Thanks G. Chapman |
Dog:
Ami After our consultation with Ross we were delighted with the improvement in Ami straight away. Following the course with Ross and Judy, Ami has continued to improve. We are extremely pleased with the results so far. Our thanks to both of them. Mike |
Dog:
Ben I can't believe that I learnt so much in my two hour consultation with Ross, having owned dogs most of my life, I had no idea I was a part of the problem (which was a little hard to digest) but lately when we have met Joggers, Ben has been on and off the lead and has ignored them - previously even on the lead, Ben would try to get the runner. Ben has become a lovely natured dog, very loving and happy, but still has a small streak of naughtiness which I think will always be there - and is part of his charm. Best Wishes Annika |
Dog:
Zac Personal contact with Ross was extremely useful. Occasional, almost trivial comments that he made relating to our dogs individual personality/problems proved invaluable. This was true both in the consultations (particularly the home visit) and the training classes.
Zac's barking and nipping at people appears to have gone completely. He can still be a little over reactive to some dogs, but this is far better. His recall is now 100% - no more of that bizarre behaviour of running to the corners of the fields. Zac gets better and better each day. Thank Ross for helping us so much to give him another chance. We now have a gorgeous family companion with whom we could do so much that previously we could not. Ross' advice certainly saved the life of this previously abused rescue dog. Dearest Ross, Thank you for all of your help - not just your advice, but your unfailing support and encouragement. Thought you might like to know it has all been worth it. Zac is doing brilliantly. His recall is excellent, he even looks round at us sometimes, and no running to the edges of the field. Its a Pleasure to take him for a walk - OFF LEAD!! Judi & Steve |

I did not find the training classes easy, but the light hearted and fun environment that you create whilst teaching made me feel much calmer. By week two of the course, I was convinced that you would ask me to leave. By week eight, I had a different dog. He is now fun to take out to the park rather than an embarrassment. I will miss those freezing cold saturday mornings in the park with you both. I keep telling all my friends that they must come to see you for help with their dogs. Thank you once again. Caroline |

Charlie Ross & Judy make a fab team - I did not think that training a dog could be so much fun. The eight week course was hard work with many highs and lows, Ross and Judy kept us all going and achieved amazing results in such a short time. My learning curve was very steep - Charlie's probably less so. Thank you for making me at ease. THANK YOU! |
Dog:
Teea I have had dogs for thirty years, but have learnt more about them in eight weeks than I ever knew before. It is now up to me to continue to have this beautiful, obedient companion. It would be nice in a year to have a refresher course, just to see if us humans have forgot our training: Thank you Ross and Judy, it's been well worth the time (and money) spent. |
Dog:
Kai Dear Ross, Well here is my application for another dog training course with you for the new addition! I am really pleased to have been able to join another course with both you and Judy. Kai and I learned so much from your training methods and the course strengthened the very positive rapport that I have with Kai. My new dog, Jinx has a very different temperament to Kai, which I had to opt for under the circumstances (two like Kai would be a little too much!) I look forward to the next eight weeks Regards Yours Sincerely, Sheila |

Porsche Dear Ross, Here is my e-mail address and contact number if you have any clients that are looking for a dog walker in my area. Thank you so much once more for allowing me to come out with you and Sue this morning for the training session. I was gob smacked at how you handled Porsche to get him out of his silly behaviour in a matter of minutes - looks like I will have to eat that hat! It was a treat to watch you work. Please keep in touch - any aggressive dogs I meet, I shall direct your way - smartish! All the best Sam (Dog Walker) |

Max You suggested that we take Max to Canine Behaviourist, Colin Tennant and Associates. We made an appointment and took Max along and had a two hour consultation with Ross McCarthy. Within two days we were sent a comprehensive behaviour profile for Max and a training programme. We have been following this closely and Max is now so much calmer and the tail chasing has virtually ceased. We also get on-line telephone support from Ross whenever we need it. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ross McCarthy & Colin Tennant to anyone with a dog behaviour problem. Yours Sincerely Mike & Barbara |
Dog:
Shadow Just to say thank you for the help you gave me with Shadow. I am pleased to say that he is so very much better - happier and calmer. All the love and patience worked in the end. I still muzzle him when I take him out, but he is no where near as aggressive and agitated as he was when you saw him. He plays happily with my other dog and is now fine with my family members including my brother (although my brother still has that scar on his head!) Unfortunately, I do not have many other men come to the house, so I am not sure what he would be like with those now. I hope all of your dogs are well and I would like to thank all of those people who helped in your training class. Thanks again, Yours Sincerely Irene |
Hello Ross, Thank you for the call - Sean was absolutely perfect this morning when I took him for his walk, I've actually thrown away his stretchy lead, it is in the wheelie bin! I am so pleased I can't believe it, thank you so much, I will phone and speak to you next week. Thank you. Nicole |

Molly Dear Mr Mccarthy, Thank you so very much for your considered report. The changes in Molly are remarkable. When sent an invoice for payment, it is unheard of for me to send a personal letter of thanks. After the unprovoked attacks on me and my wife by our own dog, we thought that we had entered a cul-de-sac and had no where to go. Your advice was exceptional and our dog is transformed. A wholehearted thank you from myself and my wife. C. Lumsden ESQ |

Please take up my offer of calling in for coffee to see my amazing dog! Maria Perera. |

Lola Dear Ross, Thank you for your report on Lola, our GSD. We have been following your advice on our walks and she has reacted very well - she looks forward to meeting people and there's no more barking. I now take her round busy streets on her head collar and although she huffed and puffed at first, I ignored her and it worked, now she walks calmly behind me.My daughter came to visit and Lola didn't bark at her, my daughter was very impressed. Lola has taken all of the changes well and wants to please. Thank you for all your help and advice, I feel like I have let Lola down. She is doing so well, I do not think I will have to come and see you again - unless I hear from the Police again. Thank you again for your time and patience. Yours Sincerely June & Jim |

Lottie We found that the aftercare advice just as important as the initial consultation, without it we feel that we would not be in the position that we are today. We have been extremely pleased with the help and advice that we have received and would be sure that we would not have been able to cope with Lottie even though we have always had dogs. SD Padfeild |
When my husband and I visited Ross, we were on the verge of re-homing our dog because we were having such disturbed nights due to our dogs appalling behaviour. This was very upsetting because we both adore our seven year old retriever. After the two hour session, we were very impressed with the advice given and followed the instructions to the letter. From that night on, our dog has slept in the kitchen every night. Ross also gave me some brief advice on dealing with Ollie's fear of fireworks and thunder. Although he still shows anxiety, this year was much better. I was also more relaxed. Thank you for helping us to and allowing us to keep our lovely retriever. J. Fielding |

Polly The problem was fear of gun shots and bird scarers. I followed the advice and the problem improved greatly. I was told that it would come back again and it did. I again followed the advice and the problem was again improved. I was very impressed with the help I was given and I am very grateful. J. Wylie |

Benson Hi Ross Just received your report today - so thanks for that. I will read through it and no doubt be in touch for the training classes etc, once you're back from your marathon trip!! Benson is making great progress with the recall & food training - it's made a huge difference already - so I'm really pleased. Almost like using a remote control on him! Just really wanted to ask, should I put Benson the lead if a larger dog approaches? Or will this make things worse for him - as he's restricted?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
Dog:
Charlie By the way, your advice has led to a lovely much more people and dog friendly Charlie, who responds to commands well: thanks for this, if i haven't already said so. You do a remarkable job, one has to be quite motivated to undertake it, i am guessing. It would be interesting to hear why someone goes into this line of work, considering all the effort that goes into a consultation, before during and after that is. Best Regards Daren |
Dog:
Tadie Hi Ross, Just a quick update, Tadie is so much better it has surpassed my expectations. I am really pleased.. I must admit since we have been to you she has not really barked aggressively at all, the odd bark, but nothing like before. It is amazing how many people speak to me now Tadie is not barking as much. I am well impressed. Thanks again I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday. Regards Hayley and Tadie Power - very happy! |

Tia As a final note, both Amber and I would like to thank you and Phil for your help and effort in helping to turn Tia in to the wonderful dog that we have now. She has come on so much in the short time that she spent in your lessons, it is really hard to believe that the dog we initially brought to you could be the same dog that we have now. We would also happily recommend your services to anybody needing help with their dog. Your methods were easy to implement and very effective. Many Thanks, Paul. |

Freddie Breed: Cocker Spaniel Owner: Diana Coles Dear RossThis is a letter, albeit belated, to say how very thankful I am for the advice and information you have given me with regard to Freddie, our cocker spaniel. You were the second behaviourist I had sought advice from. The first, I can say now with hindsight, was entirely unprofessional and caused me and my family (which includes 2 young daughters) a lot of anxiety and upset by mismanaging the problem resulting in no change in Freddie's behaviour. When I came to see you I was cynical and my husband even more so. We adhered to your advice rigidly for a few days and Freddie became a different dog - a pale shadow of his former self (in the most positive way, of course). The final outcome is that we have been able to keep him as our family pet and not have him put down. He is so much happier now and everyone who comes to the house says what a lovely, well-trained dog he is. I just think, 'if only they knew'! Thank you also for your subsequent advice which I have found very professional and understanding. With best wishes. Yours sincerely Diana Coles |

Louie Long time no see so I thought I’d sent you a few lines to say hi and bring you up to speed. Well what a year, full of good and bad. I think you would be pleased with what we have achieved with Louie but there is still a lot more to do .This summer Lou has been in a dog display team for agility and flyball which he loves. His behaviour is brilliant at these events because he knows he is working. I think Lou’s has found his niche in life which is Search and Rescue, it’s something he seems to excel at and he really makes me proud. Lou certainly seems born to work and it does take some steam out of him. We’ve had a very successful summer, we’ve spent most of it in beer gardens with Louie which was my goal when we first came to see you. Of course that’s not enough now, I want to get him so that I can take him to Marlow next summer and splash about with the other dogs, I know, I can see a long winter of work a head of me. We’ve had lots of positives this year but Louie can still be a prize git. Labs especially black ones can still be a target for him so walks are still a reconnaissance mission. Recently we have started to let him off the lead to say hello to other specially chosen dogs which on the whole seem to work. Thanks for all your help; it has certainly been a learning curve having a Shepherd and not one I would want to repeat. That said Lou is a fantastic companion and a loving member of our family, one we wouldn’t want to be without. Take care and all the best, From Tracy x |

Many thanks for sending your report so quickly, I had it today and it was tremendously helpful, as was your visit yesterday. I have started to implement your good advice already and hope I am doing it right! If we get stuck I know I can ring, so thank you very much. Regarding the toilet training, I gave Ruby her last meal of the day at 4pm yesterday and I was delighted that there was no poor overnight! Best Regards |

Pickles Walks
are getting to be a pleasure not a chore, we do stop to chat to quite
a few people now, sometimes the dogs acknowledge each other with a
sniff, sometimes they stand at a distance and ignore each other, but
that is fine. We don't need it to be a mass love in, just for it to
be a civilised walk - now there are a couple of dogs pickles tail actually
wags at!

Tess Hi Ross Just a proper update on Tess; tummy problem and diarrea seems to be sorted, all the poos are firm!! I never thought I'd be so elated over the consistency of dog s.....t!!!! The car; Len's new car - Madam has been in and out of the car this morning and left in several car parks while Len did his Christmas shopping and Tess seems to be Ok, no major upset, maybe we should have put her in the cage straightaway! The lead; again much success - she still pulls a bit, but she is getting the hang of walking to heel, in the fields will sit and recall to whistle, change direction to the whistle ( important part of gundog training) will find and return with dummy, and will walk to heel without the lead! Indoors; different dog!! stays in the kitchen till invited into lounge, lays where we want her to in the lounge, no clawing at the doors, and we left her for 4 hours on Saturday while at dinner with friends and no noise, no mess. As you can tell we feel so much different about her, I have even started a new insurance policy and am now sending her Kennel Club papers off to register change of ownership! Hopefully things will continue to improve - we are optimistic, although cautiously so, I think we will still have to keep on top of her as far as discipline is concerned but we should be doing that anyway. I will let you know how things go over the next couple of weeks. Thanks so much for your help, I think if we hadn't had your advice Tess would surely have been back in Somerset by now. Best wishes Marilyn Following our consultation Ross provided telephone and e-mail support and continued to encourage. We have to say that with out the advice of Ross, Tess would have been returned to her breeder. We now have a very well behaved young dog - she is obedient, affectionate, lovely with kids and is continuing her Gundog training for the October season. We have no hesitation in suggesting to any friends with problems that they should contact Ross and if (heaven forbid) we have any problems with "Tess" in the future we would be in touch immediately. I will continue to update Ross on Tess' progress from time to time and may make a social visit one day. Marilyn |
Dear Ross, I would just like to thank you for all the help and support you have given to both George and I. I can’t believe what a difference there is in George. He is so much more responsive and I feel that we now have his aggression to other dogs under control. I can now walk both George and my baby together, which was more than I could have hoped for. We have also said goodbye to all those 5.30am morning walks!! We had great fun on the training course - you and Judy make a great team. Please pass on my thanks to her, and please let us know if you plan to run any more. Thanks again, I feel that we have got a new dog – or maybe more importantly, George has got a new owner!!! Best Wishes, Janne and George |

Star Thanks again, Donna Star's behaviour changed almost immediately after I met Ross. She has become a much calmer and relaxed dog. She does not attempt to run away anymore and she is obedient in most requests. She re-calls and walks to heel and behaves well. When meeting other dogs, we have NO sign of aggression anymore. Overall, with the consultation and the training course, Star has become a loveable pet which I am so happy about as otherwise we would have had no alternative, but to put her to sleep. So a great THANK YOU to Ross and Judy - we will be returning for more training!! Donna & Star |

Dear Ross Dog:
Jester Thank you for a very encouraging and helpful consultation last Wednesday. I am getting good results and have implemented all the things that I can remember you suggesting. I have taken Jester through the high street on a busy afternoon, encountering all of the type of people he has been having problems with, from elderly people with walking sticks to wheelchairs and can you believe that we didn’t have one growl or bark for the whole walk! I have not yet met the Lady in the village, but the technique works for cats! Look forward to receiving your report Many thanks Regards Karen Chapman |

Ruby The dog training course was fab - recommended to lots of friends and we now have a dog that all family members can control, even our three year old son, Zac! Thank you!! Gayna. |

Corky When I initially called and spoke to Ross regarding the concerns I had with Corky's behaviour, I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly at a time when I had lost confidence in my ability to control the dog. His professional manner continued throughout the appointment and we left feeling as though we understood Corky's little foibles - the advice he gave us improved the dogs behaviour dramatically. We have since gone on to attend the eight week training course with Ross and Judy and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Ross and Judy have helped give us a happy, positive relationship with Corky, which wasn't hard work, but a lot of fun. I would be interested in any further training I can do! Sarah |

Ruby Ross' visit was a puppy consultation which was extremely valuable and helpful. I was not experiencing any particular problems, but I did have a long list of questions and needed good advice, which I received! We have since gone on to do the puppy training course at Bourne End which has been fantastic. I have complete confidence in Ross' ability and expertise with the dog, it is so good to be able to deal with someone who knows their stuff. Thank you Julia |
Dog:
Chloe Ross - I've been very impressed by your knowledge and the ease in which you train us to train our dogs. Thank you VERY much, and to Judy too! Regards, Anna |
We would like to thank you so much for the advice and guidance that we were given by Ross. We were under considerable stress to know what to do, but with Ross' advice and instructions and a lot of hard work, Yogi and Taz are now different dogs; easy to control and manage and a pleasure to own. We have recommended you to friends and hope that they have the same success. Once again, thank you. Rob & Jacqui |

Seamus Ross was very helpful, as well as helping with Seamus' fear-aggression, he familiarised us with many training methods. He made the whole event non-stressful (we spent much of the time laughing whilst we trained) - it was great fun! I still need to do a little work with Seamus to get his recall perfect, but Ross explained and demonstrated exactly how to do it. Ann |

Freddie This was money very well spent. In just three sessions, I had my dogs full attention, recall and down at a distance mastered. I was impressed by the patience and understanding of my practitioner, Ross who analysed the reasons for the problem very well and gave such good clear advice. |

Kizzie Breed: Terrier Crossbreed Owner: Mrs Cooper With my own experience of my Jack Russell Type she has been extremely hard to train and sort out all her issues that she came with, but I finally found the right trainer who was not worried about offending my feelings about why things weren’t working with her and found the right way to get through to her. It has been extremely hard work but it has finally paid off, so from my own experiences, not as a trainer, but as a handler, I would contact Ross McCarthy and do what he tells me to do, his experience with difficult dogs of all breeds and types is extensive and I cant recommend him enough. I now have a dog that I do obedience and agility with and she is now great around people and other dogs most of the time! |

Jet & Khyzer Things with
Jet and Khyzer are going really well - we have days now when jet doesn't
growl at all and khyzer seems to know that there is a line he cant
cross with jet. They are both so responsive towards me and I
feel almost 100 per cent confident. I so enjoy
watching them play again and make there silly noises at each other.
My next big step is the big wide world with Jet which im sure is not
far away! Thank you for giving me my life back. Will talk soon, Wendy |

Alfie Hi Ross, Thanks for your time in our consultation it was really informative. I took him to the park afterwards, and boy what a difference. The first 3 times he went for other dogs, but by the time I left the park we were walking up to other dog owners chatting and Alfie was doing what normal dogs do of having a sniff. With no aggression!!! He was still on the lead and I don’t think I will have the confidence to let him off around other dogs, I have seen what he can do!!! Yesterday Alfie and I were actually out walking with 4 other dogs, he was still on the lead but he was fine. A little nervous at first with a usual warning off bark, tail up with that sort of stance that says "im really hard"!! But otherwise that behaviour is getting much better. Thanks again,
|
Dog:
Rocky Since I saw you, I have been walking them separately for the most part. Rocky has stayed on the lead and so far has met a couple of dogs every day out on our walks. Not as many as you had suggested, although I promise we will try for more this week. Great news is that he has let all the other dogs over for a sniff. He’s still not really sniffing back but he is tolerating them and this morning a Jack Russell puppy bounded all round him and pawed at him and all was OK. Rocky was definitely concerned, he did snap once (no growling) but a quick command and he lay back down again and allowed himself to be investigated. So, I’m feeling a lot more confident about him. Sasha has been fantastic since the new regime. On Friday last we were out with some other people we walk with and their dogs and the dogs got the scent of a rabbit – all charged off but a quick no from me and a call and she came straight back. Everyone else took about 20 minutes to retrieve their dogs and calm down and she just sat by me and waited until all the fuss was over. So, looks like we’ve turned a corner - many thanks for your help – I’ll be back in touch if I have any more news. Jane |

Jester Thanks Ross, I will read through the report and give you a ring. I can't believe the change in Jester - it's amazing. He's had no accidents; he's weeing and pooing outside! The food that you recommended seems to have done the trick - he's not weeing half as much as before. He was brilliant with my Nephew - Matthew and I were in the garden with Jester all Saturday afternoon/evening. Jester was walking with him lovely and when he wasn't - Matthew was calling Jester all of the time! I can't tell you how grateful I am. Speak to you soon. Jane

Milo Breed: Beauceron Owner: Mrs Groth Hi Ross, We were also at the Park yesterday having a picnic outside the little triangle when some crazy woman just walked up and put her large male lab in the pen with Milo. Milo did great, he sniffed a bit and acted completely appropriately. He was way more focused on the picnic we were having just outside the fence and luckily there was not a fight or any altercation. His behavior at home is very very good, but nothing compared to how much better he is while walking. We now actively seek out other dogs to test out our new skills. Cheers, Lorie

|
Dog: Ralph Breed: Cairn Terrier Owner: Mrs & Mrs Craver We enjoyed meeting you and thought the session was great - in particular your balance of professionalism and humour (he is just a little dog after all!). You left us feeling very encouraged that we can train Ralf to be the dog we want (and he's happy to be). Thank you for the report which we have read - it's a good read and very interesting. I really appreciate the detail with which you explain each section so we understand why the behaviour is happening and why a particular training technique will work. The 'panic barking' has stopped, he still occasionally barks at passers by the door but it's a 'normal' woof woof and we can stop him with a 'no'. Brilliant! Thank you! Thank you again for everything and we'll be in touch again soon. Selina, kenny and Rrrrralf |
Dog: Tally
We are writing to thank you for making so much difference to our dog, Tally. In the short space of time that you worked with her you changed her from a dog who was becoming increasingly aggressive, to a dog who is a wonderful companion and gentle with everyone she meets. The strategies you showed us to teach Tally have worked very well - she is now a pleasure to have in the house and everyone rermarks upon her sweet nature. Best of all , she no longer has to wear a muzzle when she goes to the park, so she can really enjoy going out for a run! All best wishes Patricia. |
Dog: Layla I need to send you the biggest thank-you for all that you did to help Layla, her muzzle has not left the
drawer from the moment that you left here! |
Dog: Kai "Sincere thanks for a superb course Ross. I had huge reservations about doing dog training classes in a cold and draughty village hall and not really getting much out of it. I stand absolutely corrected - it was an incredibly beneficial time for both myself and Kai and I thoroughly enjoyed every week. The London Dog Behaviour Company has to be the finest canine behaviour company in the UK and I cannot recommend enough the thorough, fun training; excellent knowledgeable tutors and impeccable training materials." Dog: Millie I just wanted to thank you for the valuable advice you gave us when you came a year ago, over the months we have been working with her she has really turned into a lovely, well socialised responsive animal with turn on a sixpence recall to the whistle! Nancy |
