Ross McCarthy has been working full-time with dogs for the past ten years. He began the London Dog Behaviour Company in 1999. He is a full member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and the Canine and Feline Behaviour Association of Great Britain. He is a master trainer with the Guild of Dog Trainers and is a member of the Kennel Club Accredited Instructor Scheme (KCAI).

Judy Cooper has dedicated her life's work to canine welfare, training and behaviour. For the last forty-two years, Judy has been advising on canine husbandry, care, training and behaviour problems. She has bred German Shepherd Dogs and worked tirelessly to promote responsible dog ownership.

In addition to this, she has also personally rescued and rehabilitated all breeds of dog numbering in excess of 30 dogs, rescued, retrained and successfully re-homed.

Chrissie Yggmark has worked full time with dogs for over twenty-five years. Her canine career began with dog walking in London's Royal Parks, handling many difficult dogs in difficult situations taught her a great deal about handling and training all breeds of dog, how dogs learn and behavioural modification techniques.
